Papa Hāleo
University of the Nations
ʻŪlei ʻia ka papa a ka hā o Hāleo!
The kahua (foundations) of Hāleo is built upon kupuna ʻike, ka nohona Hawaiʻi, of Kupuna William Kalikolehua Panui. Papa Panui is a Manaleo and cultural expert. We honor his legacy of Hāleo Hawaiʻi endeavors to mālama the kulean of this great ember of light that is bestowed upon his wife Kumu Hula Namahana Panui and Nā Kumu o Haleo Hawaiʻi (teachers of Hāleo).
The Hāleo Hawaiian language program is offered Mondays and Wednesdays. At the University of the Nations 75-5851 Kuakini Hwy, Kailua - Kona, HI 96740.

Aloaliʻi Cultural Marketplace Resource Center
Aloali'i, meaning in the presence of Chiefs and Royal Court, is a cultural resource center and marketplace located in the lobby of the King Kamehameha Kona Beach Resort in Kailua-Kona.
We offer a variety of Hawaiian cultural activities, including hula lessons, lei-making classes, and a walking historic tour of King Kamehameha I final home.
This is a resource center for Hawaiian language books, games, arts and schools.
